Flower Barn uses PayPal to process online payments. PayPal is a service owned by eBay, and is a well-known, global online payment system for thousands of online retailers.

Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep sensitive information like credit card numbers safe. Additionally, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This means you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

I've heard of PayPal, but I thought you had to have a PayPal account to use it. Is that true?
No. You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from Flower Barn. You can pay securely using your credit card, just like you would with any other online retailer. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to sign up for one after your order has been processed.

I live outside the U.S. Can I still purchase your flowers?
We cannot currently process non-U.S. orders.

I don't like buying stuff online. Can I still buy your flowers?
Absolutely. Please contact us and we can process your order over the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For phone orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

What shipping services do you offer?
We currently offer FedEx shipping. We may offer other shipping services in the future.

What are your shipping charges?
We currently charge a flat shipping fee of $12.95 for all Internet orders. This fee structure is appropriate for most of our online customers, but if the total cost of shipping your order is less than $12.95, we will refund you the difference through PayPal, our our payment processing service. PayPal will credit the refund back to your credit card or your PayPal account (if you paid via your PayPal account).

What is your return / refund policy?
For flowers, all returns must take place within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All other return claims need to be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us for more information.

What can I do if I have questions that aren't answered here?
Please contact us with any other questions you may have. We're happy to address any questions or concerns about our flowers, our company, or our website.

Can I choose the color of ribbon with my decoration?
We have put some of the choices for you to choose from on the order form. If you have a special color that you want added such as purple, just type it in under your message we will do that for you at no added cost.

How long will my decoration remain fresh?
In temperatures below 40 degrees all fresh decorations will last for many weeks or months. Temperatures above 45 degrees or placement in the sun will cause the fresh greens to dry out faster depending on the temperature. Indoors, the fresh greens will begin to dry in about a week. They will remain green for a long period of time and still have an aroma. Placement next to heat make them dry out faster. Note this could also be a fire hazard.

How long will it take for delivery?
FedEx ground shipping requires between 1 to 7 business days depending on the destination. All products are shipped from Victor, Montana. Expedited shipping is available if you request it for an additional cost.

Can I order now for a later delivery?
You can place your order at any time and choose the approximate date you would like your product shipped. Our fresh products can become limited with the large number of orders that come in during the holiday season. Your product choice is reserved for you when you place your orders, so to order early is to better guarantee the product you want will be available.

Will you make something different? Special shapes such as letters? Special colors? Special plant material?

When will billing occur?
Billing will occur immediately, when placed online. This reserves your product for shipping on the date you have chosen.
